To replace the bearings on a Lippert 3,500 lbs axle you will need the outer bearing item # L44649 inner bearing item # L68149. We do have a kit that has the necessary races, seals, and bearings. It is the Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and Al-Ko Axles - 3,500 lb with #84 Spindle item # BK2-100. You will need one of these kits per hub. I have attached an installation video below.

With the goal of gaining height, best course is to go with taller spring hangers. Keep in mind that the amount by which you increase the height of the spring hangers won't necessarily be the amount the ride height increases, due to the fact that the suspension articulates. The spring center length on your current axle does not matter when it comes to finding a replacement. The most important piece of information is the length of the axle, which is the hub face to hub face measurement. As long as the hub face measurement matches up you can adjust the spring center by cutting off the existing spring seats and welding on # TRSS238.

I can tell you how to find out, but we have no way of knowing the frame width of any trailer, including your Grand Design, and the trailer's frame width is what determines the fit. This light is 7-1/2" long and 3-1/4" tall. It is currently only available as an entire assembly and not have a separate flange or reflector.
